Ingredients
1 cup of 1000 Springs Mill Purple Barley
2.5 cups of water or stock, depending on your recipe
½ tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
Put the barley into your insta pot and add the water or stock and salt
Close the lid, making sure the valve is set to “sealing”
Set to Multigrain function for 23 minutes
When the time is up allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes then turn the valve to vent
Carefully open the lid and fluff with a fork (drain any excess liquid)
