Our Organic and regenerative farming practices focus primarily on maintaining good soil health and promoting biodiversity. These approaches to agriculture focus on improving our soil. Healthy soil has many parts: Minerals, Organic Matter, Water, Air and Microorganisms.
We do this by eliminating dangerous synthetic pesticides. If synthetic pesticides are not removed, soil health decreases, resulting in a diminished amount of nutrients available to crops grown. Also, by minimizing the tilling we do, and by rotating our crops to allow nutrient levels in the soil to remain balanced. This results in Healthy soil which has many parts: Minerals, Organic Matter, Water, Air, and Microorganisms.

Wonderful products. We have tried several of the beans, the heirloom corn, popcorn, brown rice, and oats. All have been fresh and cooked up nice and soft and great tasting. So great to eat these staples and not worry about them being contaminated with sprays, not to mention having sat on a shelf for years. Would not go back to these products from the grocery store!
