Guilt-Free Chocolate Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oats⁣

  • 1 cup Almond flour⁣

  • 1/2 cup 100% pure Maple syrup ⁣

  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda⁣

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract ⁣

  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt⁣

  • 1 cup Coconut oil ⁣

  • 1 cup almond butter ⁣

  • 1 cups cacao nibs ⁣

 


Instructions

1.) Preheat over to 350 ⁣

2.) 1 bowl mix in dry ingredients: oats, flour, baking soda, salt. ⁣

3.) 1 bowl mix in wet ingredients: coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla. ⁣

4.) Combine it all in 1 bowl and throw in cacao nibs. Mix it!

5.) Roll into little balls and place 2” apart on parchment paper on a baking pan. ⁣

6.) Bake 12-15 minutes. ⁣

7.) Let cool down.⁣
